 In her role as HR Director, Reem focuses on building effective teams and helping people to achieve their potential. She has extensive experience in industries including retail, leisure, logistics, and manufacturing. With experience working in Jordan, Palestine, Dubai, and Israel’s different regions, she’s gained international experience working for renowned household names, such as Al Ramz Capital.  

Mr. Ali Taleb

(Administration/E-Government & Licensing Director)

Ali holds a Bachelor’s degree in both accounting and business administration. He has a broad knowledge of MOHRE (Labour) processing and licensing procedures by the Department of Health (DOH), as well as all governmental departments and municipalities.

Dr. Ahmed El Sayed

(Pharmaceutical Director)

 In 2006, Ahmed joined Sadd Maareb as a Regional Development Manager for Shahama, leading our pharmacy teams in Shahama, Baniyas, Al Jesrain, Downtown and Western Region. Prior to this role, Ahmed held positions with Al Wathbah, Medicina pharmacies (a large family-owned pharmacy chain) and Al Hayah pharmacies (a small independent pharmacy group).  

Dr. Waleed Al Najar

(Medical Drug Warehouse Director)

Waleed joined Sadd Maareb in September 2018. As a medical drug warehouse director, he provides strategic and operating leadership over Sadd Maareb’s end-to-end supply chain, including Manufacturing, Strategic Procurement, Quality Engineering, Logistics, Warehouse, Management and Planning. Dr. Waleed has over 20 years of supply chain and operations leadership experience. He spent 4 years at Sadd Maareb, most recently as Head of Global Operations. Earlier, Senior Vice President of Systems Manufacturing and Global Materials, he led strategies to create and enhance scalability, optimization, and supply assurance throughout the product life cycle.

Dr. Khaled Abdel Aziz Sadek

(Medical Director)

  Dr. Khaled is an GP Dental Specialist, with a Bachelor’s Degree in Dental Medicine, as well as a Higher Diploma in Periodontology and Oral Medicine, as well as Oral Dental Surgery and General Anesthesia. Throughout his career, he has attended numerous dental training courses and workshops.  

Mrs. Sharon Toledo Gabad

(Accounting & Financial Director)

Sharon earned a Master’s Degree in Accountancy, and has an extensive experience on the field of accounting. She’s been working in the financial industry for 22 years, and she has worked for different organization in the UAE. She has good analytical, leadership skills, and strong knowledge of up-to-date Accounting software.

Mr. Basil Vettickamattathil Kuriakose

(E-Government/Licensing Deputy Director)

Basil has been working with Sadd Maareb for 6 years, and throughout his stay in the company he has gained experience in Labour processing system and Administration. He has a degree in B. Com (Computer Applications). He has been in the finance and administration industry since 2010.

Mr. Firos

(IT infrastructure Consulatnat)

Firos is an IT professional with over 18 years of substantial industry experience in unified communication, Contact Center, Networking and IT Operations. He has done various projects on consulting, design and implementation of voice networking infrastructure for multi-national companies and banking industries.
